These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the A1 Wallet website (a1wallet.co.in) and services, owned and operated by Kundan Kumar ("A1 Wallet", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, including AEPS, DMT (money transfer), BBPS, mobile recharge and DTH recharge, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Offered
A1 Wallet provides access to the following digital payment services:
- AEPS — Aadhaar-enabled cash withdrawal and mini statement services.
- DMT — domestic money transfer to bank accounts across India.
- BBPS — bill payments for utilities such as electricity, water and gas.
- Mobile Recharge — prepaid recharge across major telecom operators.
- DTH Recharge — recharge for DTH connections across major providers.
2. Eligibility & Onboarding
Users availing our retailer services must provide accurate identity and shop details during onboarding. A1 Wallet reserves the right to decline or discontinue service where information provided is found to be incorrect or incomplete.
3. Transaction Accuracy
Users are responsible for verifying transaction details — such as account numbers, mobile numbers and bill details — before confirming a transaction. A1 Wallet is not liable for losses arising from incorrect details entered by the user.
4. Settlements
While A1 Wallet aims to process settlements instantly, minor delays may occasionally occur due to banking or network partner processes beyond our control.
5. Fees & Charges
Applicable charges or commissions, where relevant, will be communicated transparently before a transaction is processed. A1 Wallet does not levy hidden deductions.
6. Limitation of Liability
A1 Wallet strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times, given dependency on third-party banking and telecom networks. A1 Wallet shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
7. Prohibited Use
Users must not use A1 Wallet services for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering or any activity that violates applicable Indian law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Jharkhand having jurisdiction over any disputes.
